JORDAN LOGAN

Coach Jordan played football and ran track in college, tried out for the NFL in 2014 and arena football in 2016. He’s very passionate about fitness and wellness and always looking for opportunities to share it with others. Jordan trained individual athletes and teams for 3 and 1/2 years, taught K-5 health and how to stay active and injury-free.

CRYSTAL BUNDNY

Crystal Bundny comes to us from Central Florida where she grew up competing in all sports from basketball, to Olympic weightlifting, to surfing and everything in between. Determined to beat the boys, Crystal was fascinated with testing the limits of what the body and mind were capable of; eventually leading to her ongoing quest of climbing the highest mountains around the world. She uses that mentality in her coaching, aiming to push you past your perceived limitations and come out feeling powerful, knowing you are capable of anything!

Lots of motivation, form technique and the occasional silly dance.

Sustainable results only happen with a sustainable mindset. Fitness is forever, so find something you love and play for the long game.

I grew up playing almost every sport around so I love being active. I played competitive hockey all the way through high school and even coached tennis after graduating at the University of North Texas. I’ve been a personal Trainer for almost a decade with a background in biomechanics and athletic performance, I basically love figuring out how to fix and make our body move better. You can typically find me dancing and singing to whatever song is playing through the speakers.

A little shimmy, a little shake and definitely a lot of laughs.

Movement IS therapy. Sometimes we’re up, sometimes we’re down. It’s about learning to ride those waves to reach our goals.

ANJELICA CIRONE

Anjelica Cirone comes to us from Chicago, Illinois. She is a former 2X USA World Champion Gold Medalist for the US National Cheerleading team. She graduated from the University of Louisville, where she is a 5X Collegiate National Champion with the Louisville All-Girl Cheerleading Squad. Anjelica coaches cheerleading to all ages and skill levels. She developed a passion for fitness at an early age and strives to help others achieve their fitness goals.

You can expect a lot of energy, motivation and tons of fun. Anjelica will bring the heat and the SPICE!

Exercise is like a relationship, you can’t cheat and expect it to work. Be faithful. Put the work in and stick with it!

JEANNY GALLO

Jeanny Gallo comes to us from South Florida, where she grew up dancing competitively. Her love of dance, movement and music later brought her to the group fitness industry, where she developed a passion for leading a healthy lifestyle and inspiring others to do the same. In addition to fitness coaching, she has worked with various wellness brands in the marketing field, which has allowed her to connect with people from all fitness levels. She loves to challenge members to push themselves out of their comfort zones and have fun while doing it!
