Upper Body PUSH/PULL
We pull & push into your week in this strength based upper body workout using compound movements for the greatest calorie burn.
TUESDAY
Lower Body Strength
We take those wheels for a ride while your upper body is resting & recovering. Come ready to squat, lunge, and deadlift your way to strong sexy legs!
WEDNESDAY
Full Body CORE BURN
Everything is fair game in this hard hitting sweat fest, but every exercise has an intentional CORE element.
THURSDAY
Upper Body TONE
You can expect to hear some of your favorites while toning upper body “accessory muscles” in this fun high energy class!
FRIDAY
Lower Body DYNAMIC
In this class we put a spin on our traditional lower body exercises, with more emphasis placed on hitting ALL the right angles.
SATURDAY
Full Body SWEAT
You can expect to hit every major muscle group in this class, providing the greatest metabolic impact and calorie burn.
SUNDAY
Full Body SUNDAY FUNDAY
This class is distinctly different from the rest of the week, when we add a circuit style approach to our full-body class.
