It’s go time. Lights down, music up. Whether you start on the tread or the floor, the first round’s a warm-up to fire up your body and get you prepped for what’s coming.

The Rounds

The rounds

Work. Switch. Repeat. Each round’s about 5 minutes. You’ll rotate from floor to tread and back again, hitting each side about 4 times. Every move is coached, every round keeps you pushing at your pace.

Breathe + Reset

Built-in breathers give you time to recover—inside the rounds and between transitions. You’ll catch your breath, refocus, and get ready to go again.

Cool down, Close out

After the work comes the wind-down. We’ll guide you through a cool-down to stretch, reset your nervous system, and soak in the high-energy vibe. Plus, a final message from your coach to send you off stronger.
