In this meeting we will review all the data collected from the Body Scan, set realistic and specific goals, provide a clear Nutrition game plan, and establish current physical capabilities.

Nutrition Check-Ins

Here we review and assess the current nutrition plan including specific macro goals, adherence, obstacles, and tools for success.

Performance Check-Ins

Here we look at the workout, how the body is responding, discuss any obstacles, and track progress.

Revise & Adjust Strategy Meeting

These will always follow our monthly check-ins where we get to see how the program is performing and based on that data, we make changes if needed.

Monthly Progress Report

This is where we re-scan for a side-by-side comparative analysis to see real metrics on the success of the program.
